    I have hankook ventus, are really good and not expensive.

    I had hankook tires, They have very long life but do not seem to be very good in wet/snow in my opinion.

    ^ Depends on which model you buy, most high (dry) traction tires are poor at wet and snow, especially if you don't drive many miles a year so the rubber compound hardens. Vehicles have moved to wider tires which do worse on anything but dry pavement.
