what's the minimum airtime to activate? i would get $5 worth of time from ebay but att may require $15-25.

No. 5, I believe their minimum is $15. And you did notice you get a $25 card with this deal, right?

In CNET's review, the editors gave this phone a 7.3 out of 10 and included this summary:

"The good: The Sony Ericsson Z750a had an enjoyable feature set, user-friendly controls, a brilliant display, and satisfying call quality.

The bad: The Sony Ericsson Z750a's construction felt a tad cheap, and its external display wasn't very useful. Also, its interface was somewhat slow, and its speakerphone underperformed.

The bottom line: The Sony Ericsson Z750a is successful on many fronts, but its plastic shell and slow interface were worrisome.
      "

Of course, I'm so anti-AT&T that I'd never purchase anything from that outfit, and I certainly wouldn't sign up for prepaid service with them. But if you buy this phone, be sure to check into how easily you can unlock it and take it elsewhere if you also end up deciding AT&T is a company to avoid.

#6 were you able to use a regular at&t card with it? I definately need to lay for some other stuff first though, this might have to wait until it drops to 30.
