This series was canceled too early with a lame ending. It was the best one of them all.

#1 wont go that far, but agree it was cancled to soon. Season one was pretty weak, but 2 and 3 where a couple of the best ever wrote for a Star Trek series, long story arc that was fun to watch. Season 4 was again, ok, not great not bad. If your a fan of Trek and didnt give this one a chance becuase of the weak first season, its worth a re-look. Though I'm not sure at $135...

I think I'd jump at under 90, but this is still too rich for me.

I never understood why suck-ass shows like smallville manage to stay on for 10 seasons while a quality show like this only had 2.5 seasons.

#5, your name is very accurate... although the first "o" is obviously unnecessary. Just so you have something to keep you busy this weekend, find out how much 3 bills really is. (Here's a clue: It's NOT $135). And #7, I'm just going to assume you're mentally and/or math challenged, and not comment on the "2.5 seasons" remark... nah. You two are proof that teachers are NOT under-paid. Now get your cartoon-watchin, paint-huffin, monkey-spankin selves back to the short bus, before you miss another long-shot opportunity at someday serving flies-with-that to members of the human race.

The final episode blew chunks. The entire "temporal cold war" was stupid as hell. Blowing up part of the coast (JUST to kill Trip's sister) with a death star clone was a serious WTF concept - this, from where they managed to decently explain away the differences in the Klingons from TOS vs TNG? Throw in the obligatory Vulcan, but mind-meld with 7o9 for hotness. Sloppy, sloppy writing that ruined an otherwise possibly decent show.

LOL at #9 trying to impress people with his below average "slang" intelligence on Ben's Bargains. You must really do some damage on the coupon forums.

I see the monkeys are still using crap like 'Nuff said as if that means something other than below average intelligence and closed mindedness.

Show was OK. Could have been better. Had trouble finding its identity and was never really given a good chance. Too bad.

#2 Very interesting, my impression of the seasons are exactly opposite yours; I liked seasons 1 and 4, disliked 2 and 3, for the same reasons you site: I like self-contained episodic stories more than the season-spanning arcs. I'm guessing you liked DS9 more than STNG ?

I think I've had enough with the "What is this emotion I'm feeling?" characters.

Never seen Star Trek, but I do see all the bloody products for it. Who gets this money? Does it actually sell?

I never got into Enterprise after watching part of the first season. Maybe I'll have to give it another try.

Enterprise advanced technology way too quickly to fit in with the show. This week "photonic torpedos" come one. But wait Nazi, yes Nazi were on this show. Killing Trip off was a dumba$$ move. The shapeshifting Suliban story arc was always a dud. Those little a$$ ships capable of warp speed, no I wasn't buying it either. I agree the superweapon to kill Trip sister was another, WTF? The look of the show was great, you can care about the crew (unlike Voyager) but as usual the writting was garbage for the most part.

Jolene Blalock was pissed when Trip was killed off & when the show was cancelled.

Smallville, what is that crap? Superman in highschool?

They honestly need better writers if they're going to carry on the Roddenberry legacy. The captain was too weak. Picard was likeable because he was willing to take on the hard decisions.

I would rate this at the same level as Deep Space Nine. Below Voyager and way below TOS and Next Gen.

I would put this above DS9 and V-ger by virtue of it's great SFX and being in HD.

Since they show 3 eps a day on HDNet there's not much point in me buying this.
