DDR3 Prices don't seem to be as of yet any great Deals. For not a huge brand presence fairly generic "Team" 1600 CAS-11, back at the beginning of 2015 this was like a $60 kit. If buying for a new build at least today get you a kit DDR3-1866 CAS 9 for $10 more, for an upgrade can't see it worth the cost.
Just consider where newer DDR4 is going for... You can get Kingston HyperX Fury 2 x 8G kit of DDR4 2133, it's CAS Latency 14 whatever that take-away in this new standard means IDK ?... but it's $59 and the includes a Free copy of Rainbow Six Siege.
