spread is spread, isn't it?
which full of hydrogenated oil that is harmful to human body.

I would get real butter instead.

^ Pick your poison, real butter has high saturated fat and they're all either fats, or fake fats that come out the other end in a bad way.

However there are a couple now that have no full or partially hydrogenated oil, Smart Balance something or other and another brand I forget the name of.
