Not a bad deal but I just bought a Ryobi 4 tool kit for $129 on Home Depot. I think this is a little better than this deal.

I like the Dewalt option of buying an extra 2 batteries for $99 and getting $150 off... That means, 2 tools, 4 batteries, 2 chargers all for $318 + tax (normally $498.00

Since I just bought more Lithium batteries for my 19.2v Crafstman kit, gonna pass though...

Rigid has the advantage of a lifetime warranty, including batteries, with free registration. That's tough to beat, Batteries alone make that compelling, but I had a 3 year old reciprocating saw that died after VERY HEAVY use during that time, and it was replaced with no hassles.
