Zalman is THE name in CPU cooling. I've had some variation of this cooler on every overclocked CPU I've owned and they've been great. My current one has been running for 5 years. Absolute steal at this price.
Caution: Its big. Intel fitement only.

I had one of these, but it had an AMD bracket. It took it 5 years for the fan to wear out.

Zalman and their parent company has gone bankrupt. Don't count on ever getting that rebate.
