As a No Rebate it has merit, although this is a new SKU that showed just at the first of the year. Basically same/similar to ZT-61101-10 except this has HDMI, DVI, VGA with stock clock 928Mhz. The orignal has 2x DVI and 1x mini HDMI, at 941Mhz, while it saw a $100 price in December.
The problem... not near the 1980x performance that 7790 offers for $95. The P-C 7790 will provide more OC potential from the dual H-P/fan cooler, than this single fan on an extrusion.
