Sad. Yes. Subway is the lowest common denominator for sub places. They aren't bad, but most local sandwich shops are better.

I think that Subway has some of the best bread in the sub business. If you choose the toppings carefully, you can get a pretty good sub.

They better have good bread since that's mostly what you're eating.
