Can be used to purchase four $25 gift certificates or any other combination; does not need to be used all at once. Restrictions such as minimum purchase, required gratuity, dinner only, etc vary by restaurant.
I just bought one from this guy a few days ago. Do note that there is no physical card- just a code to enter on the website- so that makes it a little more hokey to give as a gift.

Small list of restuarant choices in my area. Luckily for me one of my favoites is on the list. I'm in for two. The requirements for my restuarant is $20 min purchase and 18% gratuity. Nice deal
