I have a bunch of these laying around. They are worth about $0.00 but are definitely better than nothing.

This was a trap deal. I feel sorry for the fools such as myself who got suckered into it. The Dell website said $0.00 total to be charged when I clicked submit or purchase or whatever the button was. Then I get an email saying I've been charged $20 plus tax. Nice try Dell but you're not getting away with that trickery. Long story short, after a half an hour on the phone waiting to talk to a rep I got them to cancel the order. The other option would be to get issued a refund AFTER the speakers would have been delivered to my door.
I suspect the reason I was on hold for so long is that a lot of people probably fell for this, had the same thing happen, and called up Dell's customer service regarding it but maybe it was just busy because its that time of year. To their credit Dell's customer service was good about this whole mess.

Did not do this deal myself, but, in general, I take a printout of the order screen before I hit the final submit button. If the price magically increases, I have proof that I can email to Customer Service or even my credit card company.

I am also one of the victim, and I kept running my phone for almost 2 hours and no one from customer services attended my phone. And they are saying worlds best award wining site and they don't have option to cancel order online. Even few small vendor site also have this option.

I tried to cancel transaction from Credit card company, but it was already processed.

    I hate this.
