anyone here tried using their warranty? my ipad screen is dinged up on the edge due to a drop and was planning to take advantage of this offer.

I was going to add this warranty for my new iPad 32GB 4G and I get the error:"Sorry, FF30 is not valid for this type of item." So much for being valid for all warranties.
