yes, you order $40. worth of flowers and at the end of the dragged out process(FTD and groupon website registrations and product choice) you find that the shipping is not included in the price of the arrangement and you don't get much for $40. if you actually get what you ordered which I(she) didn't. embarrassed on Vday. call your local florist.

I tried the online flower thing from another company for a family member. It was expensive and the flowers arrived dead. I complained and they sent another dead batch.
