Signing in offers to resend the code. Doesn't look like you can redo it with the same email address
aaand using a different email address causes Amazon to barf on the code, so no, I don't think you can reuse it at all
Only works if you use a different email address AND on a different Amazon account that was not used for the previous promo. Might also want to make sure to delete related cookies before doing this too.
