With a name like Dream Cheeky, how can you go wrong?
USB2 ports are limited to 500ma, which is half of an amp at 5 volts or 2.5 watts. In other words almost nothing. ANY heating or cooling appliance, such as a cup warmer, heated booties, and refrigerators will barely produce any noticeable heat or cold. Think about this, your average incandescent night light is 4 - 7 watts. Imagine taking about half the heat of your night light and trying to do anything worthwhile with it. Thermal Electric coolers are even less efficient at producing cold than heat.
Check out the review at the link below. If this is accurate, keeping your cold pop can in a small cardboard box on your desk would probably work just as well. Imagine how an insulated can holder would work, and they can be had for a buck at the dollar store or free at trade shows. If you buy this, buy it for the cool factor, not the cooling factor. People in the know will just think your a tard for wasting your money.
