Yeah, I've seen these bought as gifts and each time the cheap copter breaks after a couple of flights. I have a buddy that has an expensive model, ~$150 if memory serves, and it is still going strong after a year.
The shipping fee is a deal breaker.
I bought 2 of these for my kid. Broke the first on in 15 minutes, second shortly after. Did I mention, he wears hockey equipment to school
