There is no such thing as "14K white gold plating" or any white gold plating.
The only or main "white" plating for jewelry is nickel, silver or rhodium.

10 carat sapphire means nothing as to value until color, saturation and translucence is figured into it.
A fine grade 1carat sapphire would be worth many times more than this one.
