They've gone to 100. MeritLine.com has the 100-LED Aluminum Flashlight (Silver/Black) for $15 with free shipping. Housed in an anodized hard aluminum shell and a rubber handle for a non-slip grip. Operates on 4 AA batteries (not included).

this is absolutely ridiculous. the thing looks like an oversized microphone, or one of those tools used for mashing potatoes.

spend your 15 bucks on a high quality halogen or xenon bulb flashlight, and get something that will give you quality light. these cheap LED flashlights produce only white light that is not as effective as yellow light. led's are only good for headlamps and keychains.

The on/off button is ONE TIME only. After you turn on, you cannot turn off. Lousy quality. Check the reviews. It sucks.

How dumb can they get.... 100 LEDs powered by 4 AAs can't be any brighter than a few LEDs powered by the same number of batteries.... and probably last a lot shorter too. Get those 1W LEDs instead of wasting money on this silly gimmick. Confused

I bought one of these and have had no problems with it. I took it camping last weekend and the thing is like a spotlight. It is incredibly bright.

The water pressure out of this thing was amazing. I never felt so clean.

This flashlight is super bright. It can seriously hurt your eyes. But like most meritline.com LED flashlights it'll "burn out" rows and/or sections of LEDs because of circuit shorting, pretty frequently. It's hit or miss whether you'll get a fully functioning product.

Build quality is crap. First one died (on/off switch failed). They replaced it but I had to pay return postage. Second one works (for now) but return postage + purchase price = bad deal.

It's a hit and miss with these LED flashlights. I have two. More on the miss side, than hit.

Unless you treat this thing gingerly, it's pure novelty. Outgeek your technolust pals with it. And though LEDs are energy-efficient, 100 times low draw = high draw. Expect to drain batteries with this one.
