They've gone to 100. MeritLine.com has the 100 LED Aluminum Flashlight (Silver/Black) for $20 with free shipping. Housed in an anodized hard aluminum shell and a rubber handle for a non-slip grip. Operates on 4 AA batteries (not included).

This is the lamest flash light. How long does the batteries last 2 seconds?

Actually it is pretty crappy but the batteries will last more than 2 secs.

i'd imagine it to last pretty long, but the light will be just a scatter of light that reaches 2 feet.

This is good for searching around a dark basement but not if you got a hound by your side and looking for "looters" in N'orleans. You know what I mean about "looters", right?

The specs say it emits 10,000 MCD. How bright is that? First, is that M as in Mega, or m as in milli? cd is candela, which is equivalent to the light from one candle.

10,000mcd (milli-candela) would be as bright as 10 candles. Pretty dim compared to a typical LED flashlights that can put out 20-200cd.

10,000Mcd (mega-candela) would probably be about like looking into a nuclear explosion. At the least, it would strip the paint off your walls from 10 feet.

So this unit is dimmer than a birthday cake. Or maybe its powerful enough to vaporize your enemies...

this thing is pretty bright, but not on the tiny batteries, you have to rewire it and hook it to 220v. I've found that the cord off an old clothes dryer or electric stove works well.

Meritline sucks, and so does their crap. But after they and their cheap RedCommie supplier (prison camp 95337-C) sell out of this, competition might force them to make a light worthy of my dollar (which will compete with my future coin for gas and food). So I expect a good light in exchange for future life necessities.

Wastes lots of water and has no massage function. Better off with a regular shower head.
