#1.....how did they screw you on shipping?....they s u ck, but the free shipping? Your order should have shown the free shipping.....why did you complete the order if there was no free shipping? Possibly you did not adjust the box to "free shipping" and did not pay attention to the final invoice before you submitted the order. You have to explain more, as your capped out comment is confusing.
buy.com takes forever with their budget shipping, but it does get there eventually. I evade them unless they have a really good price or if I'm just buying something I don't need within 2 weeks.

question: when I burn tdk disks on an old xp machine running roxio, sometimes all the files are there, but the file size is 0(zero). can anyone suggest a burner program for vista? thx
