This device works good but won't charge from an A/C adapter. Only charges from the USB computer connection.

This device doesn't work so good. Easy to fall from iPod. It doesn't pair with my Jabra & Philips bluetooth headsets. Works with Motorola S805 & Sony Bluetooth Speakers. Once paired, you cannot control volume on iPod.
