I currently own this phone. I like it, but #1's assessment isn't accurate. The phone isn't really bulky compared to smartphones in general. HOWEVER, the biggest problem with this post is that the Voyager is NOT a smartphone.
It has a "full HTML" web browser, and can technically get email, but this is not a full featured OS. It is 100% proprietary. In general, the only apps you will ever have for it are the ones that come out of the box.
Now, that being said, this is an awesome phone for free. TXT capabilities with that wonderful qwerty are unmatched. Call quality is ok but not great. Battery life is really good compared to iPhone or Storm, but less good compared to the RAZR.

Nothing is FREE. Once you check out the fine print - must pay activation fee and must include premium service @ $15.00 a month for first 6 months of contract life in order to get this phone for free. That adds up to $120+. for a free phone.
