Properly this is JUNK. Don't buy cheap remanufactured inks, it does damage your inkjet nozzels especially if you don't use your printer oftenly, the ink will become sticky. I don't have a chance to finish the whole cartridge, have to throw away many 1/2 use of cartridge (so what's the point for saving). It maybe OK if you use this ink on your ancient printer and must use it everyday and after you go thru 2-3 cartridges the printer life comes to the end of short life, period.

I've had no problems with their service or ink, either. All inkjet cartridges get funky if unused for a while.
