Just a heads-up! There is NO WAY possible that this device is new. I am a sales mgr at one of Plantronics largest dealers in North America & this is below "Our" cost, let alone most distributor's cost! 99% posative that it's a refurb, re-packaged, or straight up used. Other than that...the S11's are semi-decent units for the money.

#1, this is the same price that Amazon is selling them. I doubt both major retailers would be misleading their customers into thinking they are new if they were refurbished.

#2...I would never mean any disrespect, but I'm telling you, this is what i go through EVERY day. 1st, Amazon & Buy.com are not selling these themselves, but for someone else...they are not the actual re-seller. Don't get me wrong, I love Amazon & Buy (Unless you have to speak with someone), but they cannot control what they're selling for "Other" companies. This is why we turned Amazon down! And...almost everyone knows that Buy.com is the Refurb-King of the internet!

I can promise you, that it is simply impossible for someone to sell this product NEW at this price when it's less than a Tier-1 "Partner" cost, unless they're taking a loss on the item.

I just wanted to make people aware of a "Possibility". Because Plantronics has a tendency to void the warranty if you buy from a Non-Auth. By all means, you don't have to take my word for it, call Plantronics 800-544-4660.

That's what this board is for right?
