I've been waiting forever for desktop LED monitors (eco priced)! Unfortunately this lacks HDMI and 1080p. Sad

So is it purely just power and brightness benefits? What about color range?? I guess blacklight bleeding is non-existent?

You can find a review at http://reviews.cnet.com/lcd-monitors/dell-g2210/4505-3174_7-33569916.html. Try googling "Dell G2210 review" if you want more info.

sell the g2410 at this price and we've bacon!

is led backlight easier on the eyes than lcd backlight? i suppose the uniformity helps.

55% less energy used, wait does that mean it's 55% darker?

250 nits is still more than you need. In a bright room, a display should be at around 120 nits at most, 50-75 in a dark room. Otherwise it doesn't match your surroundings and will bother your eyes.

Ugh, no HDMI on the 24" unit either? I don't think paying twice the price of a CFL/1080p/HDMI LCD is worth it for the G2410..

the new LED LCD TVs are very nice looking but very expensive. this sounds like a great deal. As for people wanting HDMI, can't you use an adapter on the dvi-d connector on the monitor? I need to know before I buy an adapter for my current monitor(dvi) (to hdmi on computer).

same coupon works for the 24" unit! saves 29.90... but it's still like $260...
