I got one a couple of weeks ago ($229 plus a free shipping coupon). I wanted a good photography monitor. So far, so good even though I haven't calibrated it yet. Default brightness and contrast were way to high out of the box so play with those settings.
No HDMI but it's got DVI-D and I think you can just get the right cable if you need HDMI. Kinda wish it was 24" but it's fine. Wish it wasn't wide-screen. I could use the extra vertical real-estate. Rotates 90-degrees so I can play some Galaga I guess...

This is a great monitor. I got one about 2 months ago for #230 shipped and it is far better than the 2005FPWs I've been using.

I know there are a few different types of screens these can have TN or IPS or something, and people are always saying one kind is better, or the other is crap, etc. Which is this one, and is it "the good kind?"

i don't need a monitor right now. this e-ips technology was introduced this year. i can wait a year later to upgrade my set up. by then i'll actually need it, cod6 & fight night round 4 will be out, and a product that perfectly meets my need will be out. i'm hoping for e-ips, 24", 1080p resolution ~ $300 on sale. or ips, 24", 1200p, led backlit ~ <450 on sale. i think this sale, while good, will come back again within 5 months in case i change my mind.

I am getting the following "after" I apply the coupon:
Sub-total $229.00
S/H $19.00
S/H Disc -$19.00

$229.00 <= Subtotal (not $206)
After I apply either the 10% -or- 15% coupon, I do not see the discount reflected to get to the $206 price.
It would be nice to get it at $206.
