#1, probably legit, they've been selling watches on Amazon for at least a couple years with a 95% lifetime customer rating. Question is why such a large difference in Neweggmall and Amazon price which is $130? I wonder if these are factory seconds, pardon the pun but I mean their accuracy is off by a few seconds.
I would sync it with the highest accuracy clock you have then check it's deviation right before the return period expires.

amazon not always cheapest place to shop. just before the recession, lot of people were complaining amazon prices were high compare to other stores they check before buying from them.

True #4, but these are 3rd party listings, usually they are listed within a buck or two of each other on several 'sites like Amazon, Buy.com, ebay, when all from the same seller.
