picked this up a couple weeks ago totaling about $907 with tax in NJ. Picture is pretty good out of the box, but after using a calibration dvd it looks better. movies on my ps3 are spectacular.

Ya, has anyone ever ordered from 6ave? I have heard a couple of people say dont purchase from them, but no reasoning behind.

I've used them a few times and for decent size purchases like this. Hey they arn't Amazon, but for the price no complaints. Goods arrived intact and as promised (better thna say Buy.com). They used DHL the worst by far in my experience of the big 3, but I don't know who they use now with DHL kaput in the US.

Is Sharp any good?

I have 2 Sharp 32" and they have been really good. I'd say Sharp is not as good as Sony (although I think Sony's rep is inflated) Panny or Samsung but respectable. I'd stick to the Aquos line.

DEguy, note that the model for $700 at BestBuy is the E67U rather than the E77U. BestBuy is offering a mid-range model with an 8-bit, 60 Hz panel, while this model is a high-end model with 10 bits and 120 Hz.
