That looks like the old Plantronics Discovery. I had the Plantronics and it sucked.

That is a Plantronics Discovery. I have 3 of them and they're awesome. Keep one in the car, one at home, and one at work so I don't have to worry about forgetting them. This price is a steal!

Plantronics are great, that is until the internal non-replaceable li battery dies after 1 year. If you want a bluetooth for $14/yr, an ok buy. If you expect it to last longer, not.
My Plantronics sample space current around 5. They all fail fail in more or less 1 year. For the earlier failures, be prepared to do the RMA shipback routine.
