I got my 9 White LED Flashlight (Multicolored 7-pack) for $13.02 shipped from China - bought them for kinds Halloween time. It's in ok condition ( 9 months - non of them fails ) but take longer shipping time since ship from China. $4/flash doesn't seem a good deal for me...

Harbor Freight often sells 2-packs of these for $4, and they include some cheap batteries inside of them. Not sure how one, with no batteries, for the same price is much of a deal??
