I have this in 22" form, and it's a TV. Yeah, it calls it a monitor, but it tunes cable channels, has a remote, has the same picture settings as my 32" samsung tv, etc. The downside is it doesn't have a ton of inputs, PIP, or other features you might get on a more expensive unit. If you're just looking for a TV for a kitchen or bedroom, though, this is a great unit. Also great for college kids who would benefit from a TV/monitor combination (space saver). If all you need is a monitor, though, this is not a "deal".

Oh, one more note...the biggest complaint with these is that the speakers sound "tinny". Out of the box, the speakers built-in really do sound terrible -- but after you go into the equalizer and adjust a few of the setetings, it really doesn't sound too bad at all. Yeah, my 32" samsung LNT-53 series still sounds better, but again, for a kitchen or bedroom, it sounds just fine.

Thanks #1 for your great informations and I agreed with you on everything.I have Samsung 23" got from Costco with this price.I think the 24" is a better version than 22 and 23" with tilt and swivel because my doesn't have that and I am disappointed.
