Agreed with #1. This is not a deal. Bought mine last 2 week at Walmart in store for $298.00. The Z520 chip is rated at 1.33ghz (compared to 10v model with N270 chip at 1.6ghz with no HDMI port) but the X520 built in with high definition HDMI port. Still $298 online but out of stock. However you can follow the link to check "in-store" and it still shows available at many local walmart stores.

The Z520 is hyper threaded so potential better multitasking of the 270.
