I've already got a rock for fathers day

Here's a suggestion for Father's day:
Be a Father instead of being farther away.

Try parenting instead of lame excuses.
Be a part of your kid's lives.

The alternative is that they end up just like you:
A lonely bitter bum.
Now swallow whatever is left of that stupid pride and take responsibility.
