Yes, cut and paste is standard with the iPhone 3G-S. It's funny, all of the pre-release info / rumors suggested it was only a software upgrade. It looks like there are some relatively minor but notable hardware improvements though with this iteration of the iPhone hardware.

It's the version 3.0 with updated hardware, faster CPU, lower power consumption, 7.2Mbps HSDPA, Digital Compass for better GPS accuracy they finally have Turn by Turn GPS, Cut, Copy and Paste, 3Mpix auto focus video camera, voice control, voice memo sync, locating iPhone service, etc.

My sister has won and does a lot of work on it. Hers keeps crashing. We think it is due the high call valume. Has anyone else had this problem?

＃３３ You are wrong. 3.0 update (due out in a few weeks) will have cut & paste... and some other upgrades. Free update. No charge for the software update. Unless you are on an iTouch, then you have to $$ for the upgrade.
