I know HP and Compaq are the same thing now, more or less, but I just cant get past the name. I just cant buy a Compaq. Looks like a good deal, though.

Hmm..compared to the Lenovo on this page, this is $64 more, but with 1GB more RAM, 90GB more HD, and Vista Premium.

I would still go with lenovo over Compaq in a heartbeat. You prolly know, but lenovo has been making IBM laptops for a long, long time. IBM sold the whole division to them, and now its prettymuch still an IBM notebook with a different name. IBM or Compaq? Silly question imo.
