One of my friends once bought some serrated WalMart steak knives, and they were dull right off the shelf. Good luck sharpening a serrated knife.

So #2 is trying to say it's worthwhile to pay more for quality? What a tool.

You seem to be ignoring the principle of "good enough". A harbor freight wrench is good enough to tighten a bolt. A walmart knife is not good enough to cut food with easily.
Plus, there's the whole lifetime warranty on Harbor Freight tools.

On the contrary, you just didn't know jack about tools then took a defensive position after you screwed over other people by trying to play "I know enough to decide".
You SCREWED your fellow classmates into crap, now they have to deal with your mistake.
Realize something cheezwiz, the internet is a source of info, but not one that replaces actually having, using, contrasting things in first person, not one time but for years and years.
Remember, cheap ass tools have been around for longer than you have. Who wouldn't like to save money if there were no downsides?
The difference is, people who use these tools instead of staring at them and the price, realize the difference IN USE, while you only try to achieve, umm, what exactly? A pretend ego on a deal website?
