I don't recall seeing this any cheaper, esp. without a rebate. Only thing that concerns me is the heat piping; that's some serious hardware for something only meant to cool the chipset. Read between the lines; this thing runs HOT! And that always raises the issue of stability. That aside, there certainly is a TON of features stuffed on this board.

Most high end motherboards have heatpipes on the chipsets now.

Most people are way more concerned about heat than they need to be. Hate to break it to you, but the manufacturers and engineers know more than you do about stability.
