They are a sweet mouse. I really like the way the scroll wheel works. You can just flick you finger on it and it'll spin freely, very cool when scrolling huge pages!

awesome mouse overall, just a few gripes that differentiates this from more expensive mice.
1. Huge radio dongle, no place to store it on mouse.
2. A little to heavy for my taste coming from wired mice.
Pros include the above mentioned free-scrolling / precision scrolling, I absolutely love it. DPI switch is nice having the +/- instead of not knowing whether the dpi will go up or down next. Programmable buttons are nice although i do miss the right-side button, but the thumb-rest button is a good plus. Battery life is awesome(several months on 2xAA) and indicates when you should be prepared to get a spare ready.

Good mouse... except I got mine for $27ish from Staples (bought 2 so I could use a $25 off coupon). It's a bit heavy as someone else mentioned... but what wireless mice aren't? Get some muscles or jerk off more.
The DPI changer is a little quirky and I haven't gotten a chance to fully customize it for my preferences. I switch between XP and Vista often and it seems to be a pretty painless and seamless process.
I upgraded from a MX1000 to this one and was fairly happy (don't get me wrong the 1000 was great, but I was really happy to move away from the cradle since if your mouse was dead you were out of service until it recharged a bit).

it would be nice to have a micro USB receiver and rechargeable batteries though.

This is my favorite mouse. If weight is an issue just install 1 light weight lithium battery instead of two regular AA's.

#7, are you sure it will take one "light weight" lithium?
Most of logitech's two x AA cell mice do not put the two AA in series for ~ 3V, they run them in parallel for 1.5V total. Because of this, the way to save weight is use only one x AA (or two x AAA, or one x AAA with a size adapter) in logitech mice designed that way.
Biggest issue I see with this mouse is your mousing position has to agree with it's sloped shape, and of course it's meant for right-handers. IMO you ought to try it out in a B&M to be sure it's ergonomically right for you.
