Not a bad deal, but I think the pre-built machines at retail stores tend to be better deals for laptops vs the customizable ones direct from HP/Dell/etc.

^ also, with pre-built ones in stores, the computer probably wasn't UPS'd around. It was probably delivered on a pallet to he store along with a bunch of other merchandise from a warehouse, and the product is treated better by the store than by UPS.

When I worked at Target for a short time, the idiots literally threw their boxes off the delivery truck. I could hear the glass breaking in them too. So stores aren't any better than UPS. They get delivered either way, the same way.
