GOOD DEAL ON A BAD HAIRCUT!

If you don't get too artsy-fartsy trying to fade your do in the mirror with the 1/8" comb, you can do a pretty good job. Really. And however badly you do, it'll grow back. My son came home from college one summer with a Mohawk haircut. Instead of shock, he got embarrassing laughter. And he saved a lot of money that summer 'cause he couldn't get a date.

this thing is a POS. DON'T BUY IT!!! its not even strong enough to cut any hair.

I bought the $30 set at Bed n Bath- it works ok, but the person cutting needs help.

Get a Flowbee instead.

I've had a couple of Wahl trimmers. Didn't cut all that well an each lasted only about six months. No more Wahl stuff for me.

I have one that is a few modles above this.. spent 60 bucks on the kit and havnt paid for a hair cut since. I will warn you my first 3 hair cuts sucked.. but since then I've been getting the hang of it. If I were you i'd start on a 4 or 5 guard and work your way down... I now use a 3 on my sides and a 4 on the top and then hand cut my front and layer some of whats left on the top... takes 20 minutes at max. I've saved around 100 bucks over the past year that i've owned it as hair cuts in my area are around 16 bucks when you include tip. (figure 1 hair cut a month...)
