My current Lenovo (T61) has been one of the worst laptops I've ever used. To be fair I've not used a G530, and the specs look good, esp. for the price.

Those are decent specs for the price. It's got the Intel 4500M graphics card for those wondering. Could be a clunker like #1's T61, but I can't spot a weight for it. Also, says it ships in more than 4 weeks.

The Egg had this exact same laptop for $7 cheaper. I don't know if Lenovo charges tax on direct sales like some other computer manufactures, but the Egg doesn't for many!

I liky my Lenovo Y430 w/ DDR3 and 14.1 LED backlight.. cheap, fast, small. colors a bit washed out looking. buy cheap and ebay in 1 year after warrenty is gone.
