    1. I think that denon stuff is way overpriced for what you get.

    yeah, the price is so high because this is a high-end player. it supports DTS, which is basically theater quality sound. you'll need a receiver that also supports this and 7.1 speaker system, otherwise don't waste your time. I would say it's a good price for a fairly new player, but not a great price.

    Even the most basic players tend to support DTS. If you mean 7.1, then the PS3 is more than adequate
