Be careful with Buy.com. They are known to (it happened to me with this exact model phone system) advertise their products as new, but send the buyer out refurbished products. It is only when the consumer spots the issue and complains of a bait and switch that Buy.com will authorize return of the item. Then they will send out a new item (the one that you originally ordered). SCAM!

You can get better deals on amazon especially if you are going to end up with a refurb anyways.

Junk. I once bought Phillips DVD player for my computer. It lasted 1 year. I open the device and see inside was made by ACER, a taiwanese company. SORY, NO MORE PHILLIPS HOLLAND

I don't buy Philips either generally. Had many disappointing experiences with them. Magnavox and Sylvania are Philips lower tier brands so nuf said there..

I have this same set (got it from Fry's for the same price a few months back) and it's been working great so far. Good price for 4 phones, loaded with features, and very reliable.

I would recommend it (but maybe not from buy.com).

These get bad reviews. I just a really nice Panny 5 headset system on Ebay for $80-ish. It was refurbed but it's a great system.
