Does it only play games sold by Dell?

I would never buy the arcade given it's limited features. But with the new Xbox 360s red ringing, who would want one anyway? You'll be playing project Natal and then ... RED RING!!! Smile

well, the arcade deal but having a hard drive is a better deal.

I think the Arcade systems are built on the Jasper (newer 65nm) chipset while the other bundles contain some leftovers of the previous hardware. Something to consider if you don't mind paying a little more for the hard drive and accessories after the fact and hope to avoid the ring of death.

Doesn't it include an HDMI port? It says it does on the Microsoft page.

The newer arcades started to include it. It was a waste of money to keep producing a gimped machine.

If you buy one of these be sure to save the box it came in. It's almost guaranteed you'll need to send it in for repair.

Is the arcade verison worth it? Are those games the games you could download from xbox live anyways? And now it just comes in a game disc?

I see no mention of HDMI for the Arcade. The Arcade doesn't have a headset or hard drive but one can be found online for $25.00.

    1 x AV cable port ¦ 3 x USB 2.0 ¦ 1 x Ethernet ( RJ-45 )

The Arcade I bought from Dell a few months back came with a HDMI port. Using a standard HDMI cable, I was only able to set the console to 1080i. 1080p was possible with a component cable. It looks like MS's HDMI cable will do 1080p, but that will add $50 to the cost of the Arcade unit.
