Anybody have this unit? I was thinking either to get this one or the Creative Vado HD. What do you guys think?

why are these so popular?

I got one of these a couple of weeks ago. Ended up returning it because the battery overheated every time I tried to charge it and the HDMI output was hard to use. I had two different ones and had battery issues with both. Other than that it the video quality was good as long as there was plenty of light.
