NO! Company only stopped selling PND's, they WILL continue to support current (and I suppose, new) customers.
The problem with buying a device from Navigon now is the difficulty in finding the FreshMaps update cards. Without those updates the lower line GPS's with older software/maps are kind of annoying.
That said Navigon GPS's are usually a great buy!

I have a Navigon 2200t and its a great GPS unit. The lane guidance is a cool feature and the free traffic service is often helpful in Atlanta. I have been very happy with mine.
