I picked mine up for half this price, but at the price it's still a ok deal.
This is my first BT headset, but I think it works just fine. My main reason for having this was so I knew when my phone was ringing at busy conventions. Works great for that, sometimes however it seemed to have some trouble picking up my voice, but for all I know all BT headsets would have the same trouble. YMMV

Just got mine. Volume is excellent, callers can't tell I'm on a headset, and it's very comfortable even for my Prince Charles ears.
Highly recommended - especially at this price.
