    Nice small player, but as #1 pointed out a 1 or 2GB can be found for about $15 (though these are usually brand new overrun units stamped with an "R" on the back and then diverted to refurb sales channels) , so with the price of an entire 4GB flash drive at $10 it really shouldn't cost more than $23 for a 4GB Sansa Clip unless a brand new whitebox Clip scares you away by being designated as a refurb.

    That's Sandisk though, always trying to milk the flash market for all it can. At least they came up with some decent audio players for the price to extend that market.

    Yes, but as with most of them don't expect great reception if you use earbuds with a short cable (cable GND serves as the antenna). It'll do fine for strong signals, not so well for weak ones.

    the past few times newegg ran these for $35 refurb, so this isn't a great deal.
