Just the thang a ghetto dawg needs to bypass an electric meter (*) (just holler if the insulation's too weak).

Damb, I needed the diagonal pliers (cutters) about an hour ago when I was cutting the fan grills out of my new PC case.

I am a toolmaker by trade and these are the worst adjustable pliers I have ever owned. Save yourself the frustration and buy a chanellock brand instead.

I picked these up from Woot a while back, and while cheap, not bad value. You could drop a lot more on some 'name brand' tools, and you would get a lot more too, but at a big increase in cost.
For the every once in a while kind of jobs that most people do, cheap'ish tools from Stanley will do just fine.
If you work with hand tools all day drop the coin on Snap-on, Mack, Craftsman, etc... and be happy!

I prefer a hemostat myself.

Not much to say about these, one step above junk at a fairly good price delivered for what they are. Middle and rear teeth are a bit strange, though probably convenient if the object you're clamping onto just happens to be near that size... not so convenient if it's not.
