    I have the big brother of this, and it's great. Good picture with deep blacks and plenty of connectivity. Mine is 1080p, but you don't need that unless you're over 42". Seems like a good deal.

    If the Panay LCD is anything like the Plasma, this is well worth it.

    I have the 120Hz version of this when Panasonic still made a 120Hz in 32". It is about 2 generations old and is a GREAT LCD. 720 120Hz is just fine at 32" Heck, 720p and 60Hz is pretty fine too. This is a great TV for a good price.
